En el presente artículo se trata sobre la importancia que el preámbulo tiene para con relación a la declaración de la cual trae causa. En el mismo se hace hincapié en la naturaleza jurídica del mismo, así como las características del preámbulo como instrumento internacional, dado que conforma el contexto del documento. Todo ello refiere a la Declaración Universal sobre Bioética y los Derechos Humanos, cuyo preámbulo será objeto de nuestro estudio pormenorizado
This article deals with the importance that the preamble has in relation with the Declaration. There is an emphasis on the legal nature of such, as well as the characteristics of the preamble as an international instrument, as it shapes the context of the document. All this is reference to the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, whose preamble will be the object of a detailed study
